for the sabres trade, I wouldn't include a first round pick in this trade nor would I include any of the picks. Mittelstadt is about a 10 to 15 point difference between DeBrincat. Plus the salary expectations are way different. I dont think the sabres can afford him long term. So it is a pass for me.

Buffalo isn't on DeBrincats desirable locations list, So it's not happening.

Cat's list has only been speculated on. Until it's 100% confirmed I'd like to play.

Friedman said that Detroit and Nashville are 100% confirmed, It's Florida, Dallas and Vegas that are speculative.

If they're speculative then they can be "not" those places as well

Buffalo won't be adding another large contract immediately before or after signing dahlin and power.
