Technically Carter better than Bellemare.
Poulin can play top line with Kucherov and Point.

Carter's cap hit makes him of less than zero interest to Tampa. If Poulin was capable of playing w/ Point and Kucherov he'd be playing in Pittsburgh and not part of this trade.

During his Pittsburgh time I don’t think they have given any of there young stars enough time for any kind of chemistry with any line to even judge on their talent.
