Why wouldn't TK command a good return? I just reviewed last 5 years of draft day trades with high value players. TK has a .815PPG last 4 years. Debrincat is .895 - He got 7th overall, 2nd, 3rd rounders.

I don't see why we couldn't ask for a top prospect and mid-1st to early 1st pick.

I like a lot of these trades. The TK trade I would accept but I would want to see if a team would be willing to trade an early pick for him instead of someone like Broberg who is a little shaky. That being said I don’t hate that deal. Also I think DeAngelo could and should get way more than a fifth. For that price I would rather hold onto him until the deadline

I feel like Cates, Frost, and York might get paid a bit more than that. Trades are solid.

Can't think of any recent trade where a team offers its top prospect + a 1st except for Eichel. And if a team were to offer that deal, Keller would be better than TK
