I mean it's a bunch of players who basically have no value because of their contracts swapping around to give people capspace when they will need it. However, the few million retained in y4 bites for Vancouver.

If Karlsson can be moved Vancouver might be able to play around with cap dumps... Hard to move the monies right.

I was mainly trying to make the money work, as I said above the value isn't there for SJ. also... being realistic Ek will not be doing what he did this year again sadly.

I mean that's not true. Vancouver gets almost 5M in cap space this season, then next two years they get 2.something Million in extra space but are down 2 in the fourth year, but cap will be way higher then.

They just need caproom desperately.
