Troy Terry is their only legit first line winger. ANA would run Fantilli-McTavish 1-2C and would end up with Michkov & Terry on the wings. ANA receive MTL top prospect LW Sean Farrell to faciliate the deal but take Mike Hoffman last year (still need to reach the floor). ANA make sure with this trade to send Zegras in the East, so they won't see him often

If you’re trading 2 firsts, one being top 5 you have to be a playoff team. Outside the forward group I don’t think this is a playoff team

Absolutely no way we are trading him nor are we changing our minds for this return — 5OA is cool but Z has so much more value than just his on ice play

Keep Hoffman away from Anaheim as well

If you get Zegras you don't need Dubois, and the same the other way around.

If Winnipeg were to accept that offer, better to keep the pick, and draft Michkov or Smith and be a better team in the long run.

Playoffs would be hard with that blueline. I would suggest one of those trades ought to be for dman. Or keep both picks and spend them on dmen.

I don't think this is a playoffs team, but they are heading in the right direction
The problem last season was not the dman (outside Edmundson & Wideman who were horrible)
MTL lack offense big time, and the only line who did something was the Caufield-Suzuki-Dach line
This is much more balance up front
