Agree to disagree.
Term on the calgary deals is important. Lindholm wants out.

18th overall for Debrusk is a good deal. Especially if they deal PLD, Schiefele and/or Heleybuck. Better picks coming back.

Swayman is the best player in the seattle deal hands down. #1 goalie who is 24 vs Center who played ok and was still sent to O and also wants out.

I am sorry you have to watch the leafs.

Thank you for your sympathy, sorry about round 1. Your argument about Calgary is just plain silly just because the players want out doesn’t mean they aren’t highly coveted. Also no way Carlo or Frederic want to play in Calgary either, I’m not even sure about Hall.

Winnipeg isn’t giving up a solid pick in a great draft for a guy who was a third liner until he started playing with Bergeron and Marchand.

Swayman is a stud but goalies are iffy and Seattle isn’t giving up a potential long term top six center for a non elite goalie. Also where are you hearing he wants out? Now I know you’re just making things up.

One year of DeBrusk is not worth moving Winnipeg's pick for.

An extension would be in place.

I'd still hope the Jets keep the pick.

Why apologize for rd. 1? However shortlived you finally made it the second rd. Carlo and Frederic don't have NTC's and are under term. Hall is from Calgary. Hall and Lindholm's career numbers are very similar. Both wildly inconsistent. 45pts ot 75pts? Depends on the year.

The comme t qbout Debrusk is plain silly. He has 25g or more 3x. 1 was with Bergeron and Marchand. Two were as 2nd line LW. He was bad during one covid year. Easily and clearly a top 6 winger. Also - if we're playing that game - let's apply the same logic to Lindholm and look at his numbers with and without Tkachuck and/Gaudreau vs a struggling huberdeau or maniapane. It's almost like playing with more talent will allow production to go up. Like, maybe say Debrusk was giving 1st line and PP time his production would reflect.

Swayman is elite. Hearing Wright was pissed about going back to the OHL, and how he was handled overall.

I guess we'll see.

Also - seriously the JD opinion is odd. He had one really bad 41g stretch during covid where he talked about how the isolation was hard on him.

Also - would you consider Brock Boeser a 3rd liner?
Goals per 82gp
Boeser: 28
Debrusk: 26 (28 if you remove covid year).

Career highs:
Boeser: 29, 23, 23
Debrusk: 27, 27, 25

One guy gets a ton of pp and 1st line ice time. One did/does not.
