FYI, the contract for Swayman is a 1 year contract (bridge contract) so that next year he can get more money when the cap goes up a good amount, then he can get 5-6M a year.

Definitely think that is a fair deal with PIT given the cap issues of Boston.

Take out the retention and the picks, Arvidsson for Ullmark straight up is fair for both sides, and Boston needs to make this move more than LA does.

You drive a hard bargain. I'd give them our 2024 and 2025 fourths and include the retention. But then again, I never mind spending other people's money.

Move Arvidsson for a 2nd, and sign Andersen or Hill with the space, it's cheaper than this deal and you get to keep the 2nd.
