Beecher 1st round draft pick....Really fast skater, good two way game, offense hasnt gotten there yet
Merkulov from college....looks to be a middle six to top six if it really pans out...past two years in AHL, playing really well

Guentzel's value is more than Lindholm, Hogs is a good piece

BOS trade makes zero sense haha...Geekie having great year.
Including a first and lysell is insane

Fair, in value though I feel like it is pretty solid...
Essentially VAN gets Guentzel for Lindholm and Podkolzin...just not sure PIT accepts

Pens three way trade
Bruins wont include Poitras. A 2nd round pick instead and it works (even still might be too much, as Lysell is a blue chip)

Don't see the Bruins including DeBrusk and a 1st...If DeBrusk is included (With a pick/prospect) BOS will need another solid winger in return as well or else there really is not point IMO

Could play Edmunson in this scenario instead...though I know Lohrei has his bumps he can be a difference maker

He is backup.....Sway getting that extension
Bahl helps us big at blue line and we have Holtz as an intruiging player

Friedman said the Sabres are kicking the tires about. BOS one of two teams that are interested.

Not sure how you can say that when he is having a bad year, yes. But the due has proved he can absolutely play in a top 9 role...and maybe with some fellow czech's.

Keep hope
My thought is you get Middelton with retention (another year on the contract, hopefully can reup if he fits well).. Losing the 1st sucks but if it can sure up the D for this year and beyond, I think it would make sense.

Carrier wont fetch similar to Tanev.
A good prospect and a 3rd should be way than enough for Carrier, that is why I also included a 4th line winger (looking for a high hitting 4th liner)....which doesnt have to be Smith.
Grzy is still a reliable more offensive D man that can still play well on that third Pairing for NSH.

Why would the wild decline? A solid prospect and 1st round pick and a 4th rounded to round it all out seems like good value

Playoff run
Ferraro isnt expiring and better suited for playoffs...Top 4 dman that can eat minutes and pair well with Chuck.
Henrique is an underrated two-way center that has great faceoff %...If we arent getting DeBrusk back why not try to resign Henrique?
I do agree the picks might be overshooting but again it is hard to gauge the trade market.

With Lohrei playing the way he has been playing there isnt a way he gets sent down again...making the Bruins have to cut ties with Forbort or Grzy...wont be able to keep both bc of money (pretty sure)

Bruins
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>jpetes250</b></div><div>Sweeney said in his press conference that he wants to see Freddie in the middle, so I wonder if they're going to have him center the 4th line. I think Brown spends most of his time in Providence and Greer easily gets bumped by Lauko or McLaughlin.
I think at like this point it's like 75% chance that Bergeron retires and if they bring him back it'll be for league minimum as you don't have cap space for a 13th forward.</div></div>
Honestly I think it would be a terrible idea for Freddy to go back to the 4th line...either have him C the third line or be a top 9 fwd somewhere....I think it also depends on what bergy does
