Columbus says yes, we'd retain half on Bean for that too if that helps.

i guess? bean makes more money than zboril so we're already saving money and zboril expires this summer anyways so... there's literally no burden for us here.

So instead of clearing Bean's salary, they are paying a new guy for the rest of the season. Teams dont pay players if they can avoid it and nothing comes free.
