I think the value is close, not sure Fabbri and Zadina fill any needs for Winnipeg. I meant more so that I have seen on here that Scheifele is not a player Detroit would want. Personally, I hope the Jets re-sign him.

I doubt that the Jets get him to re-sign. It's one of those things where everyone thinks the other person is leaving, so they leave. Just a loop of leaving.

The one thing the Jets can't afford to do is get in that loop. They have been doing well with retaining talent. Now, it is all going away.

Now, you don't REALLY think that one season of Joel Edmundson is worth a second-round draft pick, do you?
