The buffalo trade is really bad for Ottawa. also Jarry sucks and I don't want him but that's my opinion. Tim stutzle is a centre. Watson isn't coming back. Sogaard is staying in the AHL next season hes not ready yet.

Understood. Lol we were just talking about Debrincat trade on buffalos side. I agree not a fan of jarry after watching his Pittsburgh past seasons.

If I were GM PD I wouldn't even consider trading Debrincat to Buffalo or Detroit unless we got = or better value. but we won't get = value because we have no leverage. So no matter what if we trade debrincat to one of them were making a division rival better. Id ship him to Dallas or STL.

Jarry is not a $4,000,000 AAV goaltender. He would be ripe for a one-year, $1,500,000 prove me deal somewhere.

That doesn't matter. We can add if we trade away Debrincat with any team so why force ourselves to trade with our biggest rivals in the league. It makes no sense we would be making them better.

Haha EXACTLY! I have argued with so many over that and I just got tired of doing it, so I put the higher number but yes he’s worth no more then 1.5M, imo. Injuries and lack of consistency is the big issue

Jarry underachieved his way out of Pittsburgh. He reaps the consequence of getting lost to another team.

With goaltending being crap in recent seasons, Dubas has work to do finding a legitimate winning goaltender externally.
