Given that Dallas doesn't have a 1st rounder in 2023 I doubt they'll move their 2nd rounder.

I think I get what you're doing with the Kane and Killorn contracts... one year deals so you flip at Trade Deadline for assets... however, with Retention on Duchene taking the last Retention spot, you are limiting your ability to move those 2 to teams who are buyers at the deadline.

Also, moving Duchene for Marchment would be a great trade long term in my eyes... just don't see Dallas doing it sadly.

Not really what I was doing. Plan was to add some veteran leadership and experience to help our younger players settle in and hopefully help the team in the playoffs. If the team isn't making the playoffs, sure, we'll flip them.
