Dear god no thanks. I have zero interesting in Karlsson unless SJ retains a chunk of that.

Not to mention Petry isn't waiving for SJ, i'm betting the CA teams are on his list as they're some of the furthest from Michigan.

Doubt Dubas goes for Barbashev unless he takes a short term deal, he said he wasn't looking at any FAs that would require long deals.

As a Sharks fan, that's a terrible trade for us. We don't want Petry and Granlund. One or the other and we will retain some and you give us a little more. Barbashev and O'Reilly both don't sign for that much.

Sharks should take this and run. 2 1sts plus no retention on EK65 is a no brainer. Granlund and Petry will be off the books in 2 years and it’s not like the Sharks will be contenders during that time.

Why post a comment like this but never actually make any ACGM's of your own?

A first and a conditional first for 2 cap dumps and a decent prospect that won't move the needle. Sure, no retention is nice, but they're not going to be really competitive for the next 4 years, so I'd rather retain the max for a better offer. But if this is the best SJ can get, I'm not totally against it if the 2024 1st round condition is taken away.

I don’t know why Pittsburg would do that.

Every sharks fan on here…..” No way, we don’t want first round picks, an NHL player, a better defensive Dman and a prospect, that’s just nonsense!”

I get it, keeping the dream alive.

My comment was geared more towards every shark fan on here crapping on a legit trade.

To me that’s a lot to give up for Pitt

A better question is why publish one ACGM after another with terribly implausible transactions? You already know the Wild would match that. I explained that to you in your last AC. Yet, here we are again, and with an utterly disastrous Karlsson trade, to boot. Come on, man…

You're right, I should have heeded your command, Lord Vader

I will try to be better, I live but to serve at your discretion
