Just to get it right; as a Pit fan, you like the idea of trading down in the draft from 14 to 28 and 43 while offloading Granlund? Cause I’m expecting most people to tear me a new one

Love the Pittsburgh trade. Trading back for someone to take granny would be ideal. Granlund deal won’t hurt red wings because they are still in the building process for a couple years.

Won't cost the Leafs that much to dump Murray's contract. Someone will do it for a 2nd round pick back.

The 31st pick is off the table if you want to move up, apparently Philly's #7 and #22 are on the table for #5

Really? He’s a pending UFA, I thought I overpaid!

Well I see the 3rd being for Vladar, which is fine. Then Veleno I don't value much, Soderblom was super inconsistent and could easily be back in Europe in 3 years, and then the picks are 2024/2025 which would mean those players don't make an impact for like 3-4 years at least.

I don't think you'd get Lindholm without a 2023 1st as the starting point, then add a higher quality prospect

Lindholm aside; Soderblom is/was a 21 yo in his first NHL action, of course he was inconsistent. If you held a redraft today, he would be drafted in the first round without question.

Yeah I guess that's fair. Your offer isn't as bad as I first thought, just don't like waiting that long for the picks you offered.
