Canucks have made it clear they aren't gonna trade their wingers for pennies on the dollar which is why they bought out OEL instead

I totally disagree with the two others above. Thank you Boeser for your time..Bye!.

I'd take that trade in a heart beat.

Well you aren't the GM, and the GM is not interested in trading Boeser for scraps. It is pretty clear that they are willing to let Boeser have a bounce back season. You really want to trade a 55 point top 6 winger for scraps so we can just turn around and overpay someone in free agency?

Agreed. But what return do you think the Canucks would be tempted by for Boeser now? Would it need to involve a player coming back or would a higher pick and the cap space be enough?

Then trade petey to for a low 1st and undersell everyone... Boeser may be the carrot dangling on a stick to some of us. But management isn't doing a teardown rebuild it isn't going to happen. So trading away a guy who when healthy has chemistry with our 8m a year 2nd line Center isn't good even if it saves us cap space.

Let the Nucks keep him, we can put that pick to better use. He can’t help Bedard if he keeps getting injured.
