Find it interesting that the Leafs could sign 3 top four (by this post) Dmen for 8.5m, but he Leafs get a pick for 5m Brodie.

That is an (awful)ly optimistic trade for Konecny.

I wouldn’t even recommend trying again on that one…

Optimistic but it's a no from Toronto too.

Take out Robertson and Lilly and a 1st, 3rd and voit from the leafs for konecny alone.

Think that would suit both sides better.

I understand but guys that are free agents might not want to go to those teams
