They can send him wherever they want, its up to that team to convince him to stay beyond a year. If he refuses they can then flip him somewhere else

For an extended Debrincat? If the wings can sign the cat at 7-8 years that's pretty good value imo. TK for 2 years isn't good enough for the wings.

They can send him wherever, but why would Philly be interested in Debrincat when they just started a full rebuild?
