Most likey a no from Pitt. It’s allot of risky salary to bring on and DeSmith moved for a late 6-7 rd pick some where. But it’s not horrible and I could see something like this as plan B/C for us if we can get Hanifin and or Soucy in FA

Frankly I don’t anticipate this would be a deal they consider if Bertuzzi doesn’t say he’s coming back. If I’m a betting man, I believe both goalies come back and we trade one at the deadline when teams realize going cheap (while sometimes effective) often leads to underachieving

I’m not really a huge DeSmith fan. If Bussi plays linked I expect, DeSmith could be buried at Providence. Bussi needs work on his puck control, but every other skill is present

Pretty awful return for Ullmark. If Pitt fans are saying they won't do it then obviously it's a no from both sides.
