    Hawks decline. No 1st in the deal, no interest in Murray. Especially now that he can't be bought out.

    It cost a 2nd round pick to have the Hawks buyout $3.5M. It should cost more to have them take on ~$6M

    I actually read somewhere that since he was injured during the TDL last year...there's a clause for a 2nd opportunity to buy him out. I haven't confirmed that myself. Just passing along something I read.

    Interesting...never heard of that. Only 2nd buyout I know of is if a team goes to arbitration w/ a player and loses.
