suprised its a 1way deal? for a guy whose never played in the NHL never drafted and is already 28....seems odd.

It's 2 way, don't think his AHL salary has been reported yet, the Rangers never announce contract details.

He was very good with the Gulls last season, and the Gulls were terrible. Well deserved first NHL deal, hope he keeps it going.
