Just throwing some stuff at the wall. Even with moving a couple of guys out with a Debrincat trade, Detroit has an excess of forwards and Kubalik would seem to be the odd man out in this scenario.

Personally would rather see a cap dump of copp instead of Kubalik, open the centers up a little for the guys coming up and Rasmussen/Fabbri can play center

Ottawa passes, Quality for quality, Not quantity for quality.

And Dominik Kubalik is easily worth a 2nd round pick.
