Factor in that Chicago might actually need a serviceabke 2nd goalie on a 1 yr term , good vet that would likely resign for backup money next year and it makes sense. Theres no way it costs a 1st and a 3rd to get rid of murrays 1 yr deal.

Leafs also have 7 goalies curently under contract in the system. We can spare to give up one of the prospect G with murray as part of the deal to reduce draft capital. Leafs keep woll samsonov. All others are fair game, no 1st or 2nd pick involved
