Seattle no longer needs LD. That ship sailed. Also, Scheifele with retention will cost more than a first.

I do not think Scheifele one year retention would cost more than a 1st, prospect, and a later pick

Scheifele would have to demand a trade & have no other team not on his M-NTC willing to trade for him for the Jets to even consider that offer.
