Description
Could not decide on the D-pairings or which LD to bring up between Minty and Zell so would love some opinions on that. Maybe Vaaks starts out there until he inevitably gets injured and gives the callup to one of them. LaCombe and Helleson are the only rookie defenseman I am confident are starting the year in Anaheim.

Similar to what they've done with other rookies Carlsson likely starts on the wing and then move to Center.

Would like to fit in Nesterenko and/or Gaucher but that's likely something for next year or after injuries.

Is the Debrincat trade realistic?

No the DeBrincat trade isn't realistic, Now they're saying that he's only interested in a one year deal. Waiting for the salary cap to increase. Plus he's not signing in high tax California where his money will be eaten to death by high taxes.

Didn't know about the one year deal thing. I heard the high tax state rumor but then also heard he had Anaheim, NYC, and Detroit along with others on his desired locations. So not sure which of those is true.

Leafs accept. I think a more fair offer would be Toronto add f their third rounder this year

Anaheim gets 1st 3rd murray
