Additional Details:

With the contracts for overpaid players being dumped for absolutely nothing so far this past offseason, I'd say this is above market value. There is no retention like with Johansen or Hayes. The return is a backup NHL goalie, fringe NHLer, and a 3rd. Also Gibson wants out, and those players rarely return good assets

I’ve been saying I think a B prospect a decent roster player and a 2nd is plenty fair

Haha true indeed its just so infectious. No this trade is just what the market right now is, if Gibby is moved I suspect they get more, but not a haul by any means
