I get what you're trying to do but

Tkachuk - Stutzle - Giroux
Greig - Norris - Batherson

is a better top-9. Don't break up Norris-Batherson

You could this though :

I love the Tatar idea. Two way driver who won't break the bank.

For lines I'd go:

Tkachuk-Stützle-Batherson
Tatar-Norris-Giroux
Greig-Pinto-Joseph

That 2nd line gives Ottawa a great defensive option in the top 6
