    MTL is better off without this deal. I do agree Armia would be a good fit in PIt though.

    Montreal decline. Dvorak could bring a better return at TDL.

    As my fellow did mention, both teams could build something around Armia for Granlund

    Not a bad deal considering MTL doesn't mind taking caphit short term and giving away picks.

    The thing is Granlund doesn't fill a need and the whole point of trading Armia away is to free a spot for a young player to get experience.

    Since I see you went for Gurianov in your top 6 (yeah, that's not gonna work), I would counter offer

    Granlund and Legare

    for

    Armia, 4th, COL 2nd, Hoffman (50% retained)

    You would be busting the cap though...
