Vegas and Florida have zero cap room for him and would have to drastically change the make up of their winning rosters to bring him in. They are long shots.
Nashville is the only threat. Maybe they fork out and overpay? If they do so then they can have him.

Worse comes to worst he's traded at TDL for less than Ottawa wants. But Ottawa will still get a decent return

LA paid way too much for Dubois. If I am a Habs fan I look at that price and say I'm glad they stayed away. LA got hosed. If Nashville overpays like LA did then best of luck to them.
