2) trade cat to basically anyone not on the list because then he’d get rental value
3) change the fact that Debrincat is coming off a down year and wants Meier money

You have a gm who put himself in cap trouble. The player regressed and wants the bag. And he only will sign at a few locations... that is not a formula for extracting more value
