As long as the Sharks can turn around and flip Pesce for a 1st, I'm in.

That's probably the best deal Grier would get. Should be able to flip Pesce and Martinhook for at least a late 1st and 3rd rounder collectively.

Not a chance... The Hurricanes aren't going to deal Necas/Jarvis except for a upper-echelon forward and EK is not that

Oddly enough, some think Karlsson would be a truly elite forward instead of a wandering defenseman.

I'd take that from the canes perspective as long as Martinook was replaced with like a 2nd/3rd pick or a B prospect. Marty's one of those glue guys that brings more value to the team than they can get in most trades.
