I do not do this if I'm the Leafs. I'd rather have Sammy and then that makes the rest of the trade a supreme rip off

So Samso has those numbers on a 100 point team each year while the flyers are in the basement lol. Something tells me if you reverse the two goalies teams Harts numbers would be miles better

Plenty of goalies have played well on crappy teams and vice versa. I am not buying that has led to Hart's play. It's possible but I am not going out of my way to acquire him to take that gamble

Washington has been a rather poor defensive team for several years in a row. So despite his team's success in Washington, he was on some bad teams. Washington has lived and died by their special teams and at 5v5 gave up loads of great chances. Hart has been very inconsistent at times as well. I wouldn't sell the farm to get him and bet that he's going to figure it all out. Goalies are way too much of a crap shoot to do that.
