No team is desperate enough to take on Matt Murray, no matter how much need they may be in. I’d rather put my best player in net then take on Matt Murray.

He's actually a decent goalie when healthy. He's not a bad third option at under 3 million.

I agree, but that’s a big “if”. It’s been years since he’s been consistently healthy.
