I'm not sure that the Hurricanes are going to take on that kind of contract... Kyle Connor, TK, Or Clayton Keller make much more sense to me as trade targets

I like this deal, but it doesn't make too much sense with the push for Karlsson.

They do not get Karlsson, and they need the a better 2C option

KK is fine, and his contract will only improve. Hertl is better now, sure, but that deal will not improve. Don't think this works.
