Still an imposing team, probably good enough to get into the playoffs, and if the rumored trade of Derek Forbort to the Ducks occurs, there'll be room for one more season of #37 . . .

Really the only way they can fit Bergeron is to trade on of Gryz or Forbort

Because they now have 5 mil to sign Frederic, Swayman and Bergeron.

They would have to move on from Forbort or Gryz. It’s insurance in case he doesn’t come back

It's 775k. They can just waive him or someone else

False - could give Bergy $1M, Frederic $1.75M, and Swayman $3.75M and still have cap space available.

Boqvist is insurance in case Merkulov, Poitras, and Lysell aren't ready for the NHL. He is a young player who has shown potential and is on a minimum deal. Play Boqvist on the wing next to Zacha and Pasta.
