Are you okay?

Do you actually think Anaheim is giving you multiple 1 rounders for your rental we can just try and sign as a free agent??

Do you actually think the Leafs are going to let him walk to free agency so you can sign him for free? Wiilly has a 10 team no trade clause which means whatever team we trade him to he'd have to have an interest in playing for. So, an extension would be a part of any Nylander trade.

Flyers accept but Anaheim declines which in turn removes that 1st for the flyers which then makes the flyers decline lol

Lol that's just typical value for a player like Nylander, its fine if you decline but don't tell me to use my head when you clearly lack an understanding of trade value...

Go take a look at the trades made for Debrincat, Meier, Duubois, Giroux, Horvat, ROR, all of whom were traded on expiring contracts and some of whom did not have an extension in place....

You're literally getting a deal and you're too dense to know it lol. Not to mention Brodie would immediately step onto your first pair and help you to not be one of the worst defensive teams of all time. Going to be a pleasure watching you guys ruin Drysdale!

You just listed 6 guys and not one was traded for two 1sts.

No, most were traded for more value than 2 firsts, including multiple 1st round prospects which is why I said he's getting good value. Debrincat and ROR trades might be arguable but are still close, when ROR was a rental and Debrincat would only agree to sign with one team. I mean Jesus, can you tell me honestly that Nylander signed to an extension is not worth 2 1sts based on those packages above? Get serious.

I don't think Nylander is the solution to Anaheim's problems, which in turn makes this trade not worth it for them. Plus I highly doubt Anaheim isn't on that M-NTC of his.

Those guys were traded to teams who truly either believed or had a chance to chase a cup. Anaheim is not at that level to be moving valuable assets.

That Drysdale comment just makes you sound like an ass.

I’m serious. Show me a player that got two 1st round picks in return. You’re the on going off on some rant about how those 6 guys got two 1sts but you’re facts were wrong.

Columbus declines; adding Timmins defeats the purpose of moving out Peeke. More pick value or better prospects who are waivers-exempt get this done.
