if couturier is full health probably at least a second round team, no glaring weaknesses at any position

I will say this assuming Couturier is healthy. Bubble team at best. They are missing Super Star talent up front. But have some very good pieces.

I would also want one top 4 D upgrade.

I would say they miss the playoffs. They remind me of a Vancouver type of construction. Which I don't think is good enough.
