Jarvis is probably isn't going to get traded especially for a tier of guy like Ehlers

Hard pass on that WPG deal, I wouldn't move Jarvis for Connor, Ehlers injury issues make this an instant nope. Especially when you consider that those injuries that plagued Ehlers meant he was outproduced last season by Jarvis...

Also, just not enough for Pesce, need a 1st on top of that

I agree with the Ehlers part, but I think if you had to involve Jarvis in a deal for Connor you would....3 years left at 7.1m and in his prime.

Ehlers should retire a Jet.

Jarvis is 21 and already producing at a 40 point pace. Jarvis has the ability to straight up be better than Connor. You're a Jets fan, think of him like a better version of Perfetti, higher ceiling, but lower floor when he was drafted and now he's already producing like a top six winger...

I would accept but Pesce don’t think would waive his no trade clause to go to Buffalo. Also I don’t think Adams would do it. He is high on Ostlund

Would you say Connor is close in value to svech

Not many players score as many goals as Connor has by age 26, I think if the jets were contenders like Carolina I would be willing to do that. improves your team drastically. for instance by the time Connor was svechs age he had 3 30+ goal seasons, not saying he is better and obviously he is older but I think that is a reasonable deal. We as fans just have a hard time letting go of good prospects based on the what if factor, but when you can get an on average 35 goal scored for a player that might be a 2nd line 65pt guy but also could be an 80pt player. I agree and think that neither player is gonna be traded any time soon but doesn't seem like a deal that a gm would be crucified over.

The trade with Buffalo is fine- as far as the value goes- from the Sabres perspective

But idk that we’re willing to sign him to a 7 year extension,
so it might just be a trade that won’t happen- even if the teams did agree on the value
