Its pretty close to the cap, and I think Granlund and Nino will probably end up making a bit more than what I have signed them to.

I don't think that's near enough for the Habs. Even taking out the 2nd rounder I don't think it's enough with them taking on the extra money.

I also would not pay Yakupov $3 million.

What has Yak done to earn $3m other than be a 1oa pick? He was in the pressbox for half of the season last year.

I'm not sure I would pay Yak the league minimum salary!
I think you would have a better chance at Galchenyuk by offering Scandella alone...even though that wouldn't be enough either. For your proposal to work, you would have to add a good prospect and remove the 2nd coming from Montreal. I'd offer the Canadiens Granlund or Spurgeon straight up for Galchenyuk myself.

Granny I could see 1 for 1. There isn't anyone to replace Spurgeon from within, 0 RHD depth in the pipeline. Unless they are getting a quality RHD in a different trade for Granlund.

Granlund to Philly for Gudas and Rubstov and Myers would work! I'm going to make that roster and submit it...I think it's a great idea!
awesome face
