4-6th in the Atlantic but most likely ahead of MTL and battling with OTT for 6th. Like most rebuilds the upper echelon comes from the draft, rounded out with trades/FA.
Yzerman is patient and overpaying FAs while not trading pieces until the “edge” players are ready. By doing so the cap issues that face other teams won’t exist until hopefully well after they are competing. Cheers!
