I don't think Dubas gives up that much for Karlsson. That's collectively a lot of pieces to bring on Karlsson at $8m/yr.

Not only that if you give AM34 13.5 mil and take on EK65 at 8 mil you have 8.8 left for 4 Spots including LW1. Like that's just not a good idea you'd be better off not spending the 13.5 on AM34 and let the Leafs resign him at that amount and pray they dont trade Nylander at the TDL this season and use part of the collective 22.3 cap remaining to sign Jake at about 8x9 and Nylander at 7x10.2 and use the remaining 3.1 mil on a 3rd line wing and 3rd pairing D (assuming you still give up that much to get Karlsson at 8 mil).
