Since Domi and Bertuzzi are currently on the Leafs, I don't see how they can replace Nylander unless they are double shifted and take the Nylander minutes.
Leafs have might have a real interesting off season in summer of 2024, Bertuzzi, Domi, Matthews, Nylander, Lafferty, Brodie, Giordano, Samsonov are all UFAs. 38m to reattribute. And it's not like the Leafs have many Marlies ready for NHL duty on cheap NHL contracts to help the cap. Maybe Niemela, a goalie, and LWer.
No reason to sign all or any of them if their new cap doesn't match the value on the ice.
