Sens can’t be expecting to get anything back for the Joseph salary dump, let alone 2 assets! The remaining term is what I think puts the Kraken off taking him, else he fits the mould.

One of the better deals I’ve seen to get EK65 in, and one I think the Sharks would seriously consider. Fly in the ointment is Eberle and Schultz both have M-NTCs and I’d be surprised if they both had Sharks as an available destination.
More generally I don’t think Francis goes for Karlsson, he just doesn’t align with a target contending window and makes the cap more difficult the next few years when it doesn’t need to be.

lol, how to make the Kraken worse.

Seriously though, that's a big overpay for EK65. Player isn't a fit for the way RF and DH want this team to be at the moment. EK65 is on the wrong side of 32 with an over inflated contract and has had injury issues in 3 of the last 4 years. Prove the last year wasn't a fluke and then maybe the value is right but as a GM I want to see the proof before I give up the goodies.
