Description

Players who, at the start of the 2023-24 season, will be wearing the jersey of their third NHL team. AHL teams do not count.

The cap matters.

Technicality here with Wheeler... Technically, he played for Boston, Atlanta Thrashers, the Jets, and now NYR. However, Thrashers became the Jets... Same team, different name and jersey. Raises the question: What makes the team? If/when Ottawa relocates to downtown, are they still the same team they were in 2017 even though they'll have a different owner, location, and uniform? If Wheeler is deemed to be ineligible because of the Thrashers, I will redo.
