Schmidt appears to be a cap dump. The Sharks might want another pick to take him, but maybe the quality of the two prospects takes care of that. We'd rather have Dillon than Schmidt. Miss that guy. Maybe Dillon and/or Dylan instead of Schmidt?

Pesce isn't signing with the Jets so yes it'd be bad for them, those are four good assets for a UFA, terrible asset management for a team like Winnipeg.
