Description

Jeff Petry is probably going to get flipped. He's not going to stay just after asking out 1 year ago. There's no place for him anyways and he's going to take a spot when we have a lot of young D who need playing time. You can trade him at 50% retained so he's going to come at 2.37M. The Pens retained 25%.

Moving Allen because we have Casey DeSmith now.

Petry gets dumped on particularly on this site, but he is solid value at his current cap hit. If 50% more were retained, he would be excellent value.

Zero chance TB has the cap. Neither do they have the need. Rd went from its weakest position to a very strong one.

Cernak, Perbix, Raddysh. Bogo is the 7th or 8th depending on what they do with Fluery
