Description

At the deadline both Kane and Quinn will be ready to play. I know Kane struggles defensively but if he plays with Quinn and Cozens. They should be able to protect him and if it doesnt work he could be Olofsson replacement in the lineup. I think if you add kane playmaking with Quinn and cozens shot it could be a very good line. If it doesnt workout it is just a one year flyer with leadership.

I’m pretty sure that Pat Kane has more experience playing left wing than Quinn does. If they decided to bring him in, I don’t think they would force Quinn to play out of position.

It wouldn’t be the first time the Sabres employed a less than stellar personality. Tim Connolly was no prize, I understand he was known for the “do you know who I am?” line at local bars. But that’s just one example of a very talented player who was kind of a tool off the ice, I’m sure there are more.
