PTO Targets:

- Comtois
- Suter
- Motte
- Heinen
- Aston Reese
- Puljujarvi
- Ritchie
- Bear
- Holden
- Edler
- Halak

Likely that all of these players with the exception of Halak would be on 2 way contracts. I'd say that Suter/Comtois would be my main targets up front and Bear/Holden would be my main targets on the backend. I see the Devils watching waivers with MTL and TOR as well when it comes to goalies

Not that it matters, but which Ritchie? Comtois would be good. Would also want a depth goalie too.

Nick Ritchie. I feel like with Schmid, Kallgren, and eventually Daws they probably won't add more depth. It'd be a signing of an actual backup like Halak

I just don’t trust anyone after Vanacek and Schmid. Kallgren is not someone we would ever want to see in NHL. Daws is out for a long time and even when he returns, it may take a while to get back to game-ready. Brennan is too young and should be back in juniors.

Utica also has Poulter signed to an AHL contract. So should be Kallgren - Poulter to start the year in the AHL.

Looks like its VV - Schmid to start the year. Would love Schneider/ Elliot as a 3rd goalie but not sure if they want to sit in the press box be up and down on waivers.
