Leafs look better than last year. Better in the top six and more solidifies goaltending , but more question marks in defense and bottom six.

The weakness comes from their bottom 6 and defense.

Maybe you can clarify b/c Leafs have 2 goalies (plus insurance in Jones); one of the few positions there is little to no concern.
Leafs are top 5 team & serious cup contender imo but as always - getting better each year but we really need the big boys to step it up in crunch time 🤷🏻

Why do folks keep on putting Jones on the NHL roster\?
IMO the Leafs are better than season. BUT. The defence is razor thin of NHL talent past the top 6 or 7. Last season the Leafs had long term injureis to Reilly, Brodie, Liljgren and Muzzin. With no real NHL good Dmen with the Marlies this season , Leafs need luck during the season not to have Dman injuries.
