Well we aren’t trading any more future 1st rounders. So imo the best fit here would be Tanev fully retained for your 2024 1st

Tanev is only getting worse, sure i'd like him for a season especially for when manson goes down but he's got just as big of injury bug as manson so i don't really see the need for this.it would make more sense to get a young RHD to match with toews/byram

We are talking about an undersized puck moving defenseman that is doesn't excellent in any particular area vs the Top defensive defenseman over the last 3 years. It is absolutely a downgrade. Girard is more in libe with Kylington
