Depending on the likelihood of them making the playoffs when this trade is made, I would take this deal.

We could always extend TK. He is only 26. Perfect fit with Buffalo and we have so many prospects we are in the position to get a guy like TK.

I wonder how the market is going to work for guys who are in the middle of "elite high end talent" and "solid, slightly older but useful top/middle forward" but this is certainly a bullish market for TK. Highly doubt the Flyers would be able to get (2) top-5 prospects from Buffalo's system in addition to a early round pick for a guy who probably isn't going to reach the "elite" range. Would accept if PHI

I get your thinking
But just bc we have a ton of prospects,
it doesn’t mean we should overpay like this

Change Rosen to Poltapov or Kisakov and let's make a Deal!

It may be too much. With having Kulich Savoie and Benson plus all the young talent now playing the odds of them all having a spot and turning out is slim. Someone said change Rosen to Poltapov or Kisakov. And that works too

Especially with not knowing that we could extend him,
your proposal just seems like too much to me

Good player who could be a nice fit long term though,
so i do like the idea of going after him
As long as it’s a reasonable price to get him
